Habits
Small actions.
Big results.
Forming solid daily habits.
It is simple, but hardly ever easy. Sometimes the hardest part is knowing what habit to change and how to make it stick.
That’s where I come in.
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
— Aristotle
Have you ever landed at the end of your day feeling like you ran all day but accomplished nothing?
Have you ever asked yourself “where did the day go?”
We have all had those days. However, if this is how a normal day ends and you hate the feeling, I have been right where you are. Like you, I hated it too.
I created a program, for myself because I was tired of ending my days feeling like I this!
I tried to become someone I wasn’t.
And learned.
I tried to do all the things even though they didn’t work for my life or my situation.
And learned.
I made the wrong parts of my day important, instead of identifying what was important to me.
And learned.
I took stock, identified, assessed and reassessed, and made space for what really mattered to me…on my terms.
And I learned.
I learned it is not about doing more or doing better, and it is especially not about being more or being better. YOU ARE ENOUGH.
It is about learning what matters most to you and creating a day that reflects it.
The Making Space program is the product of my successes, failures, tears and triumphs. Most importantly, my learning. I want to help you discover what I have, only in less time.
Together we will identify and define what matters most to you and create a plan where you can make space for what matters to you. Everyday.
It’s simple, but not easy. Sometimes it’s emotional. Sometimes it’s exciting. Sometimes it’s frustrating, but it’s always progressive. And I will be with you every step of the way.
