About
meet bethany.
Avid exerciser and lover of the endorphin release, I went to the gym 3-4 times a week. I dropped off my kids downstairs, and like magic, I had two solid hours to myself. Mine. To grow strong. To feel good. To accomplish something. Then of course, to shower by myself.
Fast forward to a global pandemic and it all disappeared. First, the gym and the magic two hours (and showers) alone. With the gym gone, the sense of accomplishment faded, and with it, the feeling good. Instead of feeling growth I felt stuck and downright anxious because of it.
I needed to create a new routine. I started to refocus and recenter because I want to be who I am despite my circumstances.
I worked hard to learn myself: the thoughts I had, feelings I felt, and the priorities I made for my day based on how I spent my time. I break it down every day.
And I needed to exercise.
I became a personal trainer because I want to show you that exercise is what you make it. And no matter what you want in life, exercise will always be a part of it.
It is not Change YOUR habits. it is Change OUR Habits because I am still a work in progress, and no two days are ever the same. But the tools you apply can be.
